Refunds
A Project Pack can be refunded if we haven't started research on it. Once a pack has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If a delivered pack contains a factual error, we will correct it or refund it.
To ask for a refund, email tradepak@mail.grokbot.com with the email address used at checkout.
Subscription cancellation
- You can cancel anytime, using the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email or by emailing us at tradepak@mail.grokbot.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We don't give partial-month refunds.
- Unused monthly Project Packs don't roll over.
Delivery
Project Packs are delivered by email, typically within 2 business days of receiving your project address. After you pay, email your project address to tradepak@mail.grokbot.com.

Privacy
